Account Manager Position

Paramount Refreshment Solutions is currently seeking an Account Manager.  The Account Manager is responsible for delivering annual growth and profitability goals for full service beverage and breakroom solution company based in South Florida. Territory includes Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County.

Primary Responsibilities include:

Position will collaborate with manager to develop, present and execute current customer equipment and product recommendations.

Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts as well as implementing price increase and profitability improvement where appropriate.

Manage and solve challenges with clients and departments within Paramount.

Provide overall day-to-day customer service to an extensive list of accounts while working closely with clients and internal teams to best meet customer needs for new equipment, products or relocation/remodeling.

As a Customer Service Representative, your communication with customers will be via phone and email, as you assist them with their purchases, deliveries, product knowledge and equipment details. Furthermore, you will handle customer service needs and follow-up with customers as needed. To be an excellent Customer Service Representative you must be patient, understanding, empathetic and attentive to any and all inquiries.
