Paramount Refreshment Solutions is currently seeking an Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible for delivering annual growth and profitability goals for full service beverage and breakroom solution company based in South Florida. Territory includes Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Position will collaborate with manager to develop, present and execute current customer equipment and product recommendations.
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts as well as implementing price increase and profitability improvement where appropriate.
Manage and solve challenges with clients and departments within Paramount.
Provide overall day-to-day customer service to an extensive list of accounts while working closely with clients and internal teams to best meet customer needs for new equipment, products or relocation/remodeling.
2-4 years experience in sales or account management role, preferably in an outside sales environment.
Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance to include gross margin percentages and calculations.
Must be able to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, challenging work place.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office-especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator along with excellent follow-up and organization skills.

As a Customer Service Representative, your communication with customers will be via phone and email, as you assist them with their purchases, deliveries, product knowledge and equipment details. Furthermore, you will handle customer service needs and follow-up with customers as needed. To be an excellent Customer Service Representative you must be patient, understanding, empathetic and attentive to any and all inquiries. Have an understanding of ordering process
Become knowledgeable on products, services and equipment
Maintains customer records and ensuring accuracy and consistency within the system
Understand and report any discrepancies in customer credit limit; follows up with Accounting in a timely manner
Research using reports for product, pricing and order history
Track quantities and turns on Special Order products brought in
Ensures that prior to weekly inventory report measures are taken to guarantee no discrepancies based on loose ends (i.e.: open invoices, zones, etc.)
Check invoices/ orders for accuracy prior to being given to driver
Solid understanding of web based applications, Microsoft platform and propriety system (Vendmax)
Create and maintain Microsoft Excel, Word , PowerPoint data
Create customer Order Form from Internal Exhibit given from Sales
Update Order Forms based on Reporting from proprietary system (PSR)
Date Entry and updates into propriety system for customer information, pricing, product
General Office Duties: Filing, photo copying, scanning, faxing
Highly detail oriented and able to establish priorities, organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to successfully operate in a high-volume, fast paced environment
Good attention to detail, problem solving skills, and creativity
Enthusiastic desire and ability to learn and rapidly apply that information
Cooperative participant – must be able to join the “team” atmosphere
Warehouse and Route Team Member
Pull and prepare product for orders
Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming products
Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times
Assist Drivers with deliveries as needed
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
Must be detail oriented and dependable
Ability to work independently
Fork Lift experience preferred; training is available
Capable of lifting packages up to 40lbs
Valid and Clean Drivers License
Clean Criminal Background
